FREE DELIVERY - CONDITIONS

Although we are able to deliver from coast to coast, delivery is offered free of charge anywhere in the province for all orders of $50 or more, before taxes. Charges will apply for all orders shipped outside Quebec.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

A fee of $9.95 will be applied for all orders under $50, before taxes. Charges may be applied for certain orders whose weight or size exceeds the standards of our carriers. If necessary, we will contact you beforehand if additional costs should be required. E.g.: large-sized device, filing cabinets, safe, furniture, several boxes of paper, large-format board, etc. The costs of returning merchandise are borne by the customer, except for defective products and order errors on our part.

DEADLINES FOR THE RECEIPT OF THE ORDER

Consumer orders are usually delivered by our team on a regular package delivery service. Delivery times are generally 2 to 7 days, depending on the region. Orders placed before 4:30 p.m. are usually dispatched the following day. If no one is available at your home at the time of delivery, our partners will leave a map indicating where you can collect your package. Pay attention to the time indicated on the card, it is usually not possible to pick up the package on the same day. Some partners may attempt a 2nd delivery the following day.

RETURN OF GOODS

If you have any questions about returning merchandise, contact customer service at 1 800 665-5812. If you are not satisfied with your order, Robert Légaré ltée can refund or exchange the ordered articles. A return authorization is required. Items must be undamaged, in the original packaging and returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. 

The costs related to the return of the goods are assumed by the customers except if the article is defective or if we made an error in the order. In these cases, we will send a carrier to pick up the goods from your home or office. We will bear the cost of ordering the items we replace.

CREDIT CARD

Your credit card is debited after the validation of the order. No additional costs will be charged to you without your approval. Taxes are calculated based on the shipping address.
